At The Yard Bar and Kitchen we have great function rooms available for your special occasion. With our private function areas and our ideal city center location, we could make your night a night to remember!

We have a variety of packages and options to suit every requirement.

We will provide you with your very own event organizer who can take you through the entire process from start to finish, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

The Boardroom

Our Boardroom, is a great room for a smaller party. It seats 60 people for a sit down meal, or 80 people for a buffet. It's the perfect setting to have a intimate family birthday meal, or a wild and wondering works night out.

With parties of up to 30 people we can offer you drinks service. For any larger parties we ask you to use one of the two bars downstairs.

The V.I.P Space

This is a wonderful area suitable for 100-120 people, there is a variety of seating available, and it is perfect for a reunion, works party or a big family party!

This room is suitable for a buffet set-up, with the bar and service included. You will be the V.I.P's in The Yard!

In this room we also have the space for your to provide any entertainment or DJ's you may require.

Our opening times for functions run from 12pm to 12am (weekdays & Sunday) and from 12pm – 1am on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. We can open later for you, it will be subject to charge as door staff will be required. We can give you more details if this interests you.

Both Rooms can be hired out together, if you require the full top floor. Subject to availability.

We are happy to help you with any other needs or requirements, and will help set the room up with any decorations you provide us. .

We can provide drinks for you on arrival, including the option of a Champagne reception.
